Goods things are on the way!!!

My life will be filled with good things, I’ll just wait and see! Talk to you later, folks!

Tough job

Working at an Internal Audit sector is quite tough. Also, being an employee is a very hard job, especially in Brazil, where tons of labor rights are applied and work relations are strictly guided by the law most of the time. The excessive number of labor laws, rights and regulated professions make the country one of the most difficult to get a job and to work. Actually, regulation does not guarantee that professionals will be competent and dutiful. In fact, it brings up a contrary effect: it creates a “reserve market” for holders of certain degrees, which is dangerous for a large number of activities. And those activities which are means of doing greater activities (e.g.: Journalism, Mathematics, Business Administration) only depend on the capability of doing the best, and not on the degree the person is holding. Unfortunately, Brazil doesn’t seem to be in the 21st Century in terms of labor issues; It’s quite the contrary, the country seems to be in the 19th Century, with old fashioned laws and and an excessive state-promoted protection of workers. Higher labor costs throw jobs and opportunities away from the nation, promoting work and income in countries with lower costs, like China, India and Eastern European countries.

One message for Brazilian politicians: WAKE UP!!! WE’RE IN THE 21ST CENTURY!!!
